President And CEO

Adebayo Adeleke is a renowned supply chain, geopolitics, and leadership expert. His profound knowledge and expertise in the fields of Emerging markets, Risk Management and Security, Supply Chain Management and Logistics, Leadership and Geopolitics, Diversity, and Inclusion have birthed process improvement and impact for several organizations. 

A seasoned combat veteran of the United States Army with 20 years of service, he serves as the president and CEO of Adebayo Adeleke LLC (AA LLC), a leading advisory and training services in supply chain management, and governmental services/contracting, and leadership firm. 

He presently partners with Facebook and the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) to provide thought leadership on Diversity and Inclusion Consciousness in Supply Chain Management.

Christopher Manganaro

Christopher is a results-driven supply chain and leadership professional. He currently serves in the US Army as Christopher has over fifteen years of experience leading teams.

Abiodun Oke

Abiodun Oke is a transformational supply chain and project management leader. He has diverse experience in the private and public sectors. 

He is adept at strategic sourcing, category management, procurement strategy implementation, and stakeholders’ management. Abiodun skillfully ensures that each project’s outcomes are effective and cost-efficient.

Dr. Justin Goldston

Dr. Justin Goldston is a Professor of Project and Supply Chain Management at Penn State University. He focuses on blending the practices of supply chain management, emerging technologies, and sustainability to create positive global change. 

Dr. Justin has over 20 years of experience working with global organizations such as Intel, Siemens, and Blue Buffalo on business performance improvement, organizational change, and enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Goldston serves on the Management Advisory Board at various higher education institutions. He is a serial author of multiple peer-reviewed journal articles and a five-time TEDx speaker. 

Christiana Moore

Christiana’s career consists of over 15 years of supply chain management experience, with a heavy concentration in the pharmaceutical field. 

She has managed >$500M global supply chains and led major pharmaceutical merger and acquisition integrations. She has managed corporate transformations, including ERP cutovers, branding conversions, and CMO service level agreement modifications.

She is an experienced collaborator and mentor with a servant-leader approach. She is comfortable rolling up her sleeves and digging into complex data and systems architecture. She does the hard work and creates infrastructure where none exists to help her team succeed.

Martinson Yeboah

Martinson is an enthusiastic and experienced Acquisition Professional with a comprehensive background in government procurement regulations, policies, and procedures. 

With over 16 years of demonstrated leadership in the military, Martinson is knowledgeable of a wide range of federal contracting laws, regulations, policies, methods, techniques, and contract types applicable to pre-award and post-award actions.

Adina Peyton

Adina Peyton is a business development analyst with a specialization in driving partnership agreements and boosting sales. She is also a Professor of Contracting and provides contracting consultation. 

Adina has consulted for the Department of Defense Customers and the American Council on Education (ACE).

Clarence is a US veteran and currently the Fleet Safety Supervisor at Marvin Logistics LLC, a Logistics company.
